Pick up where I left

Hi all,
It has been at least 10 years I have done something with SEO so I can imagine some things have changed while others are still valid.
So I wanna pick up where I left. I still have a 2 domains with DA11 and 1 with DA22. The goal is with the 2 11s (or at least with one) to create a link and/or blog/article site primaraly targetted to the brand new website of my wife (a very niche site about beaded earrings she makes). Her site is DA1 with only 2 backlinks (from the hoster).
Would it help, as a starter, to post articles now and then and link to different products on her site? Maybe add a youtube channel with some short videos, a Twitter page, etc?
Is a landing page on a different domain still a good idea? Also in a different IP range (counts for all sites).
What is the best page indexer for my new articles?

You'll definitely want social media signals. Get some engagement off reddit and twitter.

SEO completely changed in 10 years, it's just another beast altogether

I could have guessed Same counts for music production software but then again, it's great that everything evolves of course.
