PIA S5 PROXY WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

Yesterday I purchased the Pia socks5 proxy 200IP for $55 the proxy only works on my computer and for phone devices didn't work at all I did all the steps they mentioned on their guide but nothing worked, so I asked them in the email no one answer me I sent more than 10 emails with no respond and the worst thing ever is the proxy number decrease every hour knowing that I don't use it. They didn't reply to emails they kept ignoring me I feel disappointed and lost my money so guys don't buy this proxy, for me it's a scam, and their support is the worst thing ever they only have email for support and chat is not human is a bot. Such a disappointment

Dispute Resolution depends on whether PIA Proxy list a Thread in [Proxies For Sale] Part.
If not, BHW will have no right to solve the Dispute.
So calptech post a thread here to remind other buyers take care of it.
 
Yeah, I don't believe PIA is a provider here so I'd say this is place is a good Section to post a warning for prospecting users, wondering if the provider is for them. That's rough though, the experience over all. Regardless where the issue might be, it's not okay for a reputable business to go radio silent on a client who needs help. It's typically poor form.
 
Been hearing a lot of complaints about this
 
You need to find some source providers instead of resellers.
 
So glad i read this. I was just about to use them, but heard mixed reviews.

Yeah mostly it’s because you are not connecting from PIA s5 control, the Mobile app yeah. Or it’s a fist purchase which doesn’t mostly allow phone usage at the fresh first purchase
 
If support replied to your query, they may have resolved the issue. But if they're completely silent, it usually means the service is dead.
