Physically withdrawing money from Paypal

Has anyone figured out a prepaid credit card service that allows for you to physically withdraw earnings by ATM? I'm perfectly aware of the triangulation money laundering methods and all that jazz but if anyone has the prepaid CC/ATM solution figured out please do share.

The only way ive been able to physically withdraw money is with the paypal debit card

You can withdraw your funds from your paypal to your debit card and credit card (visa, mastercard etc.. there is a $5 withrawal fee if you choose to withdraw through debit card or credit card.

It's FREE if you choose to withdraw through your bank accnt

I may have forgotten to mention I'm trying to remain completely anonymous in doing this -- thus the prepaid credit card. I'm basically trying to avoid the extra step of sending money through escrow service or to list item under legit seller's account and purchasing with illegimate account,etc etc.

You need to get a prepaid Visa card. These are harder to find, as most of the prepaid cards are Mastercard. If you do find one, there should be no problem in withdrawing money to it from PayPal and staying anonymous at the same time. The PayPal debit card option is only available in the U.S. and as far as I'm concerned, it's not anonymous method, as you need to have a verified account and provide your social security number when applying for that card.

MMart issues Titanium V's, not sure how well those work with eb/pal though. I've been reading mixed reviews.
