I get the impression that Interspire is more popular probably b/c easier to configure? The cost is putting me off though.......

What to do...?

phplist is shit vs interspire , go for nulled version in the download section

I'd go with Interspire.

I'd first get a nulled copy of 6.1.2 and see how that goes.

I would suggest that you buy it, but until they allow you to install it on more than one domain, I will not make that recommendation.

I had a look for a nulled version in downloads but no joy - if you know where there is a copy can you point me? THANKS

Google this "[get] interspire"

Recent email marketing rules have changed and it does not appear to be on here any longer. Not sure what the ruling is.

Also - just to add that I decided to go with Interspire - seems like a less difficult learning curve.

I recommend using a nulled version of interspire, I also have a copy I can share. Anyone who needs work with Interspire please post your job on freelancer, and don't trust guys like this with your hard earned money.

interspire is cool, but my version does not work completely...it sucks, 6.12 does not work too perfectly

Interspire is great, very easy to learn and set it up. I have a working 6.1.2 version downloaded from another forum. My only concern is it is single threading on communicating with the smtp host. You have to buy addon mods (very expensive) to make it a multi-thread to increase the sending rate. But no issues with me at the moment since i only have 5k subscribers. If you have a lot of subscribers, that may become a problem.
