PHPbb Forum - Start up auto poster??

Anyone recommend one that works I can get my hands on for a fresh forum load where I want to make it look highly active?

been doing that but seen some posts in the past referring to Blackhazen FG etc and wondered if there are any current ones out there?

haven't found a free one, Forum Poster V3 may suitable. but it is a premium one.
