Phpbb forum help needed.

Hi.

I'm putting together a phpbb forum. I need help designing and installing a header, installing all the necessary plugins, advice on installing ads and advice in general.

Without wanting to spoil you giving money away, but phpBB is insanely simple to use and you can find tutorials on how to do EVERYTHING you could possibly want, for free on google, and save a lot of money. Just sayin'
