    Why is there not a PHP forum? seems a little odd to throw it in the "Other Languages" forum when its the most popular web language?

    I agree, though the programming section itself isn't very active, so it won't change much. If the sub-forums were to be re-arranged though, it'd be best to separate C/C++ from C#, and just group native languages, managed (.net/java), and web programming languages.

    Most of community use free forums phpbb, mybb, and others .

    For php forum you need to code it from begin and its a lot of job
