Php referall script IP changing, help

Hi guys, I have a site with viral referall script on it, i get around 400 uniques a day,
but the problem is that to some of them the referall code changes everytime the page refershes..
. I don't know is this because of dinamic IP or something, but does anyone know how to patch it up?
