php redirection ad site - page 1 - page 2 - site destination?

hello all,

is there a php bit where i can send an ad site to page 1 in php to page 2 to the site? it is all in php and it is meant to blank the referrer or whatnot. if anyone can tell me how to do this with php i would greatly appreciate it. \
