I code from scratch and just use IDE. I guess framework comes when more people work on the same project. Im used to code on my own. A lone wolf *wuuuuuuuu*

Normally it depends on Project type, If I find type of Framework to get what I desire I use Framework, otherwise I do it from Scratch..BTW Nice Poll
