I am now lead to believe that it is, for some reason, the PHP includes I'm using that are causing the random spaces between my content and my header/footer. I have went through and tried to fix anything that I thought could cause it, but nothing seems to be working.

Anyone wanna give it a shot? If you've got a Fiverr gig I'll buy it if you'll fix this for me. This project is now way past due and making me look wayyy bad. I just can't get to the bottom of it.

It won't be the includes, but the content that's being included.

Check the files that you're including and see if there are any line breaks or extra spaces at the end in what you are including (or in an echo/print statement).
