i use aptana studio 3 and I love it!

There is little between all the IDE's, just learn one and stick to it.

Sublime Text works for me. Best feature it has is it's like Notepad ++ With extra IDE features. Using since 6 Years.

Adobe Dreamweaver - IMO the best ide for php if you can afford it. If you can't there are "free" versions on torrent trackers. I personally use one such "free" version .

Netbeans, i've started using phpStorm, better support - settings for SVN, maybe syntax highlight is a bit worse if i compare it to netbeans.

Some time ago (2006-2008?) I used Komodo IDE from ActiveState for PHP.
I needed then an autocomplete function to speed up development. That was really nice for 2006.
Also, I could run PHP and Ruby with the same IDE both in Mac and Windows.

I don't know how good it is now. I haven't coded almost anything since then...

I would recommend using PHPStorm. It's a full featured IDE with code highligting and analysis. Pretty cheap too and is used by many major developing firms

phpDesigner8 can do what you want. been using it for all of my web projects and it's really great.
