[PHP] Help me redesign my ECommerce store

Hello, Im a python developer and have no experience with php,
unfortunately my eshop is built on wordpress

I need someone to help me redesign the site, I can do all the html/css/javascript, just need someone to redo the PHP stuff, and make it more manageable for me.
