PHP Google Rank Checker

Hi,

I need a php script able to run on my shared hosting account.

The script has to check how a list of websites rank in google for given keywords.

I have a list of keywords and urls and i need to know how they rank in google UK and Google US.

The script must use proxies - I dont have a list of proxies so you have to recommend me some good proxies to be used. Paid proxies are good, if they worth.

The script will run by request (manual or cron).

Basically i want to check a list of 100 keywords daily.

I dont want any type of google penalties due to using this script.

Who can write suck script and how much does it cost?

Currently I use Traffic Travis, and others, but i want it as php script.

All data are stored into mysql database (keywords, urls, ranking, and the status if script ran successful or with errors)

I dont need user interface.

Basically i hire freelancers at FreeLancer, Elance and oDesk.

This is my first attempt to hire a freelancer on a forum.

When i post a project on a free lancer board, then everyone interest in the project bid both price and TAT and get paid only when the task is done.

How does BHW differ?

I took on a project like this before... and now i have been developing eye drooling rank checker that can do a bucket loads more, of course in-house only and worked on it for 2 years.... and this cant be done in PHP, you need PHP and another set of servers for JAVA.

Its not as easy as it looks.... thats if you want reliable data and reliable solution!

I've done this stuff with php only, curl and regex are pretty much all that's required to do what he's wanting done.
