PHP expert needed to make improvements to a site

I currently have a custom website built on PHP and I'm looking for someone to make improvements.

The main improvements are:
1 - integrate aweber into the sign up process
2 - add a catchpa to the sign up and log in process
3 - add a "agree to terms and conditions" box to the sign up process.
4 - review and tidy up the layout of the site to make it more up to date..(it looks a bit disjointed at the minute)
5 - add a facebook "like" and twitter "follow" button's
6 - create an area on the site where people can see what they have purchased on the site
7 - review overall security of the site to ensure that it wont be prone to hacking.

this is a custom site with custom functionality that not based on content. Its nothing that wordpress could manage.
