    We are looking for a php developer that can join our team, must be proficient in php5 OOP
    Must know how to work on frameworks like CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Laravel.
    Must know Magento
    Work will be as needed
    Must be able to meet deadlines
    Must be able to follow instructions
    Some general webmaster functions from time to time
    Must have a git account and be able to use basecamp
    Must understand English
    Must have strong work ethics

    I think posting on any freelance sites will help you find a good candidate as well.
    It doesn't require any membership/upfront fees to signup, everything is free including posting of jobs.
    (Just in case you haven't tried it)

    Here are a few sites (legit sites) that you can try:
    1. Staff.com - for full time / part time jobs
    2. Odesk
    3. Elance
    4. Freelancer.com

    Thank you for the information. I do use other sites. But I also post here do the fact of the many users here that actually do offer this services.
