PHP+Design work needed.

I am thinking of starting a website similar to http://www.rent.ie/
I really like the above website, simple and easy for use.

I want something very similar to this. Functions will also be very similar.


What would be the price for something like that?
Also send some samples of what you have done in the past.

With dynamic content and design from scratch?

Where I work we would charge 3715 dollars for that. Having said that I'm sure you could find someone cheaper... but you get what you pay for.
