PHP API for Facebook, Pinterest, Google+ (NextScripts alternative)

Hi,
I am looking for a PHP API to submit content to Facebook, Pinterest, Google+ and more.
I am familiar with NextScripts, even paid for the Universal API but it really has many bugs and their support is horrible.
Any other alternative to NextScripts?
