Need a photoshop expert

anybody able?

Of course i would be willing to pay a reasonable price for the effort.

I have a couple of offers already but i am looking for somebody who has a bit of a reputation on the forum so i they dont scam me for my money.

i cant get in touch with you as i have less than 15 posts,
