Because of trolls like you, PayPal increased their security measures and now we all have to pay for this.

Actually, Congress passed a legislation years ago requiring all the ID and verification nonsense from 'money transmittal services,' and the changes were scheduled to come in through 2011. Paypal was supposed to have put in the security measures we are seeing now anyway, even though Paypal is not a real bank. The 'fraud' is a system that forces everybody to give up their privacy even to phony banks, and denies a choice in the market for anonymous transactions.
