Photoshop expert needed for paypal limitation

Hi, long story short, I built a stealth paypal account and I have now passed my annual receiving limit, I have told paypal I only have a birth certificate, bank statement and utility bill, I've got hold of all 3, Now I need someone who has access to photoshop them for me to my stealth name, I would'nt mind paying I have tried via fiverr but my account is limited. Whoever is out there pleasee get in touch and drop me a PM.

I did this before for a gambling site and passed, my photoshop skills are good but I take more time than most people.

No, they don't (from my experiences). You can call them after submitting and they can unlimit it on the spot. Have had it happen three times already.
