Photoshop dimensions for Follow Liker

Quick question as I didn't really find the answer on their tutorial. I'm going to be creating some pictures on photoshop for the gram and will have them uploaded via FL. What is the ideal pixel dimensions that I should set on photoshop in order to have follow liker upload the picture without any issue (cropping and such).

Resolution doesn't matter, just use 1:1 ratio

And I would advise to use jpg format because FL messes up the captions if you use png, in my case at least
