Even though you'll probably never see my response, or indeed responses to any of the 15 posts you'll make, I feel I have to interject.

Photoshop is Photoshop. I could probably make just as much money using Photoshop 7 as I could with CS6. The reason being that the core features of Photoshop don't change. You might have to use slightly different methods of doing something, and it may take slightly longer, using v7, but I don't think any new doors of graphic design have been opened by more recent versions of Photoshop. More convenient, yes. Better? I'm not so sure.

Better? Yes! I am using quite a few of the newest features of CC (btw, even the PS cs6 had a lot of good new features), and they are amazing to say the least! One of the most useful for me at least is the Camera Raw Filter! Then there is the background eraser tool, spot healing brush, New layr Based Slice, new blur types, etc.... and I haven't even touched the 3D -- because my PC will need to upgrade to 64-bit, then have a billion TBs of memory and a lot better video card than the present one... lol. May be I will just buy a new PC with latest features just to be able to play with all PS features, but for that I will need to have a spare 35k ~ 60k+ Indian Rupees at least....

I am lot interested in manipulating the lighting effects, and for that I need to have only the best of hardware (better computing power, memory, monitor, a great graphics card, including) to come up with advanced features that PS cc (and its other rrelated tools) provides.

But I think, that for simple use (and not bad results either), you can use any PS version quite effectively.

GFX is wanted on internet. Everyone want logos covers photos , cover for pages.

If someone was popular and get rich with gfx he wont be posting around

There is always a need for good graphic design work. Plenty of people are providing shitty services here and on fiverr etc. but If you learn the trade, practice hard and provide a quality service then there is no reason why you won't succeed. One advice- don't wait too long to start a BST here if that is your intention. Good luck !
