Elliptical Marquee Tool , how or where can i get it.

it should be there, try clicking on the normal marquee tool, and does it not show up there?

i don't use tool presets, but it should show up in the main basic toolbar like this. try pressing M

OP just click on the corner to change the shape.

Open photoshop, click window > Tools

You are looking at 'tool presets', something completely different.

Because cracked versions might be hacked up? Not sure, I've seen it in the past though.
