My personala ccount got banned from facebook =/ due to my C&D, is there anyway I can recover my photos?

Have you tried accessing another account that has the banned account as a friend and viewing the banned account's profile? Just an idea.

you cant save your photos because fb blocked your account

good idea try this and this seems to be the only way out in any case trust me
