Photos on instagram

Hi everyone,

I have a question about instagram photos.
I see people post a lot of pictures with for example ( girls, cars, luxury)
Im pretty sure a lot of them does not belongs to them. Arent those copyrighted? Or we can simply just post whatever we find interesting.

of course they are but who cares really, the chances of something happening because of that is so small that you shouldn't worry

credit is usually given to the owners but usually nothing happens and no-one cares.
if the photo owners complains you add thier credit or remove it, unless they report it and then it gets removed but that isnt a big deal and it all rarely happens.
