Photos + Music + Effects - Best software ?

Hi

Sometime back i had used a software to make videos - Where i had just imported photos + audio and it added effects to the entire thing at the end. It was a full fledged editor but it had this quick movie making feature to it.

It was really cool and now somehow i dont have that software and cant find it.

Can someone suggest best software / editor for this ??
