Photo id block everytime

Every facebook account I create now makes me do sms verification and then after I do that they make me provide a photo id or passport or whatnot why does this happen everytime I create a facebook it keeps blocking me out!

Clear cookies/history (Or use another browser), change IP and use a trusted e-mail to create the acc (Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo).

They have flagged your IP as being at risk. Do you add lots of random 'friends' on Facebook? Do you join massive amounts of groups?
Getting another IP Is the only way to start over in this situation. Though you still might be required to do the verification at least once when creating the account.

If nothing works then wait for some days and stop making new accounts and it will start to work after some days!
