photo filter question

I have two photos. One is the original image and the second one is the image that has gone through the filter. Is there any way where I can find out what effects were applied to the image? (exposure, saturation,brightness etc)

i took the image through a camera filter app on my phone

take another image and browse through your filters until you find the one that was used?
