Is there any tool that can mass duplicate photos with and mass edit those duplicates?

what do you mean by mass edit photos.. in addition to photoshop, I also find photoscape very useful for a lot of my works.. what exactly do you need to do?

Photoshop can do what you are looking for if you have it already, you can set up a folder download all the pics to it and it will edit all of them however you have set it up. Just google for a tutorial.
