Wow, I never thought they would make something like this! Well, it's just a concept but still!
Also, I find it hard to believe that you can plug the parts on the back of the device where ever you want. It does not work like that!

Amazing idea but seems rather impossible! I don't think the big companies will ever come together to back a project like this! This would rather land up in the hands of a chinese producer and sold on a website! Better would have been to start a kickstarter project!

Upon further examination I don't think this would work. Not everyone is tech-savvy and simply buying a new phone would be easier for them.
