For the mobile phone re-verification, the roadblock can't be bypassed if you don't own the phone number which can receive the reverified code. But if it's the mobile phone verification, you can unlock it with any new phone number. After bypass the roadblock, it's better to remove the phone number from your account to avoid getting re-verification roadblock next time.
