Phone verification services on suspended locked accounts.

Hi,
I'm currently seeing loads of locked and suspended accounts and I would really want to know how to deal with it.
What do you guys do to recover them?
Have you tried any of the black hat services that are advertised in this forum that you can recommend for this sort of problem.
I've would be very grateful if you could give me some advice on this issue so that I can continue my journey thread.

As far as we experienced while registering. Twitter had a big update lately and due to this phone verified accounts are getting locked for re-verfication.

The only option I find is to re-verify them.

I tried to do that with talkatone on bluestacks but I don't received any sms.
People say I need to use google voice but when I try to follow the instructions how to set it up it just doesn't work. All I get is loads of instructions that doesn't take me anywhere.

I figured out how to verify one twitter account. Now I have a problem resetting/clearing things on bluestacks.
I also read about changing the bluestacks id and that I need a rooted version of bluestacks.

Is anyone here doing this already and if so what steps should I do for a new account?

Looks like talkatone isn't free anymore. I don't get any assigned US number
