Phone verification help please

Hi, guys, standart problem with phone verification. I based in Russia, some time ago there were no problem with verification with one of local mobile provider, but now I can`t verify my acc even with new number, that I bought special for this.
I tried for three days with three different numbers but this is useless. So help please

You could buy a PVA or use an app like textfree to verify it for free.
