phone verification for paypal

Hi guys,

I need your help, I have verified US paypal account used with offshore bank (cannot say the name for legal reason). Yesterday PayPal have limited my account as they need me to confirm my location, e.g proof photo ID, bank statements or add debit card with phone confirmation.

Do you know where I can open US bank account with debit card without receiving ATM card and do any of you know how I can use phone verifiation for my paypal account while I stay annoymous, e.g using skype??

If you can be able to help me, I will be very grateful.

what is your location? Are you in USA? You will need a vba, vcc and a forwarding number, all those things you can buy on bhw. As far as bank statements and photo ID, maybe you can call them and explain your way out of those... unless you can indeed provide them.

No matter what, even if you were to provide everything they are asking for, and even if everything is legit, your at paypals mercy, they are ban happy and probably will still ban your account regardless

A Paypal account is 'never' verified, they want to continue to make you 'confirm' address location and identity until they are satisfied, then maybe they will restore a limited account. There are no guarantees. But if you get an AVS VCC (vcc that verifies the location), supply the docs (real or faux), and have an SSN handy that PP accepts, you may get your account back. It's best to build a PP account that has those things built into it or at the ready when you create it, so it heads off the limitation triggers in their script.
