where cheaper is free, trust is what if the number is already used. All their sms are public and everyone can see what account is made on that public number, can login too to that account, so trust is not there.

He is not looking for virtual renting number. He is looking for one time verification service. Use it once and it can’t be used again in the future. If he doesn’t want that number to be used again by someone else in the future then he should buy (rent) the number. That won’t be cheap like 3 roubles he’s talking about. Also you get charged when you receive verification code. If that number is already used and denied for receiving code then you won’t be charged. You order new number until you get the verification code.
