Phone verification every 8-12 hours?!?

Hey guys,

One of my main accounts has been hit with phone verifications every 8-12 hours. I presume this is due to a low trust score from Instagram. I'm not sure exactly how I lost trust with Instagram, but would love any advice on how to restore the trust score on this account.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Will this mean the account is in danger of getting banned?

You probably just need better proxies. Are you on datacenter? If you are, change providers. It’ll take a while to find a decent one so you might be better off switching to residential or 4G..

It's actually on my personal cell phone / home WiFi. I'm wondering if I might have created it on a bad proxy before switching over. Is there any way for me to restore trust to keep this from happening?

You’re not even botting?? Yikes, never heard of anything like that. I doubt it tbh. I’d just create new accounts on decent proxies if I were you. Or create them on a friends/family members phone or something.
 
Hi I have 4 accounts and I have been getting similar, I was botting on 3 i stopped though a few weeks ago, I am finding on desktop for Instagram I don't get it so much. Don't bot on them create new accounts with decent proxies.
 
reset device to factory settings > new device ID
reset IP via router (unplug for multiple hours - takes me 4+ for new wifi IP)
if 4g you can try air plane mode for new ip (but you will get a new ip anyway after factory reset) cover all ends in one shot by doing reset

you will be good after this

ive experienced the same thing and it took me 2 months of daily verifying the account and trial and error

happy to save you time and years off your life.

It's a terribly stupid situation and self inflicted wound. I created 500 accounts that are botting. The whole purpose of creating these accounts was to implement the child method for a direct-to-consumer ecommerce menswear business (selling my own proprietary goods) I was starting.

As I'm thinking about it I believe I found the issue. Before I launched the business I loaded one of the accounts I was going to use for botting onto my phone to grab the business name handle. I NEVER thought to create a fresh account on my phone and transfer the handle. I began using the handle and building my presence on the account that was originally going to be used for botting.

Problem is that the business launched today, which is why it's such a damn problem. I've built up a decent amount of momentum from my own personal network and hate to recreate an account and tell everyone to go follow it again (especially since I just launched)...so frustrating.

The subnet of you proxy is banned. Other users have made shit on it and instagram/facebook noticed it !

It doest matter if 4G, Mobile or Data Center, it will fuck the subnet.

They are testing a new type of fuck the automation, and thats a new one!

I'm not using a proxy. It's on my ATT 4G data plan.
 
Instagram is dying, my friend is getting like blocks on his account. It's been 3 days and he can't like a post

Hmm that really does suck. As long as you aren’t doing any automation on the account and you’re using your actual phone number to verify I don’t think they will actually ban your account, might just be annoying to verify every day.
I can’t say this for certain though.

Have you attached a facebook page/converted to a business account etc? That might help.

Anyway, best of luck with the sales!
 
As for my experience, those accounts are dead... soon you'll have them disabled (happend in a lot of accounts to me).
And, i tried factory reset also some days ago, but it didnt really fix something at me.
Just move on with others

It happened to me. Auth the account, view storys, chat with friends. Do everything a normal user do. After 2 weeks everything will be back to normal.

Report a problem
You'll be asked to verify ==> do it
Follow big accounts = instagram, natgeo, etc.
Give those some likes and make a couple of comments
Problem solved

I had this problem , I solved it by verifying my account with the hotspot of another mobile phone

Thanks. I think I'm just going to try and wait it out by continuing to verify and behave normally.

I have attached it to FB page and have paid for ads on both fb/instagram account.

Fingers crossed it's just a matter of time until trust restored.
 
I have had this problem before. I you reset your device ID with a factory reboot and rest for 24-48hrs you should be good.
