Phone plan is the same as a 4G Proxy?

There are ways to detect spammy activity that is based on behaviour. If you are not doing anything absurd, like creating hundreds of posts everyday, you should be fine.

Any decent online service thinks twice before banning a mobile carrier IP address. It's because almost all of them run behind a CGNAT gateway which allows sharing a single IP address with multiple subscribers.

So to the online service, it looks like multiple people from the same IP address and they can't be sure if those are actual people or automated bots.

Second, Yes, you are bulletproof for the IP switching but not for the other things. You can have the cleanest and best IP from mobile proxies in the world and they can still link the accounts based on other actions/activities you are doing with the account. But in 99% of the cases, US subnets are very clean, so as I've said, this part is covered but there are also to be taken in consideration the way you're doing automation, how you do it, content etc.
