Is it best to open new Tiktok account on phone or pc? Any pros and cons? I intend to open 2 accounts for affiliate and cpa purposes. I have 1 main account opened on my phone

Yes, taking care of your browser fingerprint is essential if you don't want the accounts to be linked to each other. There is no exact number of accounts you can create, as that depends on your setup, the IP address you're using and, most importantly, how you use these accounts.

I recommend using your Main account on your Phone and creating the new account on your PC/Browser. The only advantage I have experienced in using TikTok on the browser is that you can upload videos without the loss of quality there and whereas in Android phones the quality seems to drop significantly.
