I have a large list of phone numbers with full names and addresses. I a looking to monetize it...Could you give me some advice! thanks!

All from one province. Not really targeted.

I'd look at B2C businesses within the province (e.g. domestic cleaners, laundrettes) and send cold emails before seeing who bites!

If the quality is any good you could even get them on a re-occurring payment basis where you supply details every month too.
