Phone numbers - push notifications/sms

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask some help of yours. I have around 500-1000 phone numbers which I would like to use in the following 2 weeks to advertise a service of mine which I'm currently working on, via push notifications or sms. I would like to ask for a solution where I can do this anonymously (and free if possible) - only if we are talking about sms.

It is not 100% related to topic, but I can share one idea from some of my client. He gives me a task to make Kijiji phone scraper. It was about 5000 numbers per day, and he has some Canadian SMS- phone service and it service send voice mail to customer automatic. It means customers listening message, and it goes directly in voice mail. I think this idea is some perfect, top for marketing and in my opinion not exist something stronger- customers get a voice message, get phone number all is automated.
