Phone numbers for AdWord campaigns?

I'm trying to find a service where I can create multiple different phone numbers that redirect to one phone number. I've found a few but when I link them as ad extensions or I try to create a call only campaign with the numbers I get denied saying that they are unverified numbers. Does anybody know of a service that works for this?
