Phone number verification

Hello there, Michios speaking. Happy New Year to you guys. Could somebody please help me know how I could have my Google and Facebook accounts verified. I have tried so many UK phone numbers but all have been blacklisted. They seem to have been used over and over again. I've been troubled by this issue for quite a long time and spent so much money on it unnecesarily. Is there a site which offers genuine UK SIM card numbers so I can buy one. Or are there other ways of crossing this bridge in my case. Please help. I'll be so relieved and greatful. Thanks.

Are you using the account for spamming, or something more long term?

If it's the latter, was actually just go and by a burner phone for £5.
