I need phone numbers in various cities and I am wondering if anyone has a solution in the form of a program or service that gives me access to either

1. a phone number that i can change or,
2. access to unlimited phone numbers

I have been told that Trackfone works, but i dont want to buy a new phone each time since i need approximately 30 numbers.

Just use fast food restaurants or small businesses. Call them up a couple minutes ahead of time and tell that they will need to write down a pin number from a call in a couple minutes in order to be verified/included in their local yellow pages.

Then, just call back and collect. Write down the business's phone number alongside the pin they give you

You can get numbers from Skype, but you have to pay little fee..
