Do you think instagram are blocking accounts from phone numbers?

just tested a few and when one account gets banned or goes up for a review its from the same number, i change the number and the banning stops

So lets say

account 1 verified number ending in 099
account 2 verified number ending in 099
account 3 change number verified number ending in 098
account 4 verified number ending in 098
account 5 change number ending in 097 account banned
account 6 number ending in 097 account banned
account 7 number ending in 097 account banned
account 8 number ending in 097 account banned
account 9 change number verified number ending in 096
account 10 number verified number ending in 096

If the numbers are banned, it's probably only because Instagram senses spam or mass account creation. With such techniques, Instagram will probably bet on its own when it comes to phone numbers / IP numbers.

Yes. If you try to create accounts at the same time with those numbers, IG will detect and banned you. Sooner or later.
