hey there,
i have over 20k phone numbers and i really need to find out whether they are on telegram or whatsapp
what is the best option for that?

it is a difficult task,, By using bulk msg you can reach them on those platforms
 
This is a very challenging and time-taking task since you will have to manually check the phone numbers. You can hire someone to do this for you. I don't think there is any tool available for this purpose.
