So on my Paypal account i have over $600 on it and my account has been limited, they want me to confirm my identity by confirming through phone, so does anybody know a good cheap enough phone forwarding service ?...My account is a US account also and i am in Ireland...Thanks in advance for any answers

I use "flynumber". costs something like 3$ per phone number per month. you can cancel after 1 month. They offer numbers for many countries.

I am looking into the website you have given me, when it says this [h=3]1.) Select a Country and City for your New Local Phone Number[/h]
Do I select the country i want the phone number to come from or do i put in where i want the call to come to, if that makes sense haha

I think you are talking about flynumber. in this case, yes you enter the country you want to have your new number from. For example if you want to have a number from china you select "China" and the city "Shenzhen" or whatever you have there to select.

In the next step you select where the number should be forwarded to. If you choose skype then if somebody calls your new chinese number you can pick up the phone in your skype.

you can use Google Voice or if you want numbers that forwarded to skype or any usa numbers i sell them for $5 each
