Phone farm help

Hello is there anyone who could help me in setting up my phone farm ?Currently i have a box of 20 phone and I would like to automatizate them to comment specific text to specific tiktok videos.And I also need help in setting up proxy's on them because i've bought 20 sim card and the phones doesn't pick up signal.Thanks !
