Phone bot money system

Hello

This is my first post so I hope it. Is placed good.


Where I live i recieve alot of miss calls or texts from african countries that say: "baby call me back soon" im not stupid and i will not call back haha. But my friend did and he heard an computer voice. When he hung up he lost 1.20 u$ dollar from his prepaid phone

Is there a way to build a kind of system like this? That charges people to call u back?

Wonder if it was a phone charge, or if whomever called actually made the $1.20

Something similar happened to me. I was playing an app where you have to click the same spot a million times. Well, an app popped up and it registered two clicks on the ad and charged my phone $20. It was absolutely ridiculous, needless to say, I deleted the app.

This has been popular in the phone sex niche for many years, every once in a while a new country pops up. How that happens is a local (in your case possibly African telco) makes a deal with a service bureau
which promises them hundreds of 1000's of minutes per month. $1.20 gets charged to the end user....about .60 cents goes to the African telco, who then pays the contracted service bureau .30 cents...who then pay you if you are an IP of the service bureau about .15 cents per minute.

These short lived schemes work until complaints come into the US based carriers like ATT, Verizon, Sprint etc. And they realize the anomaly in minutes going to some obscure African country and they block those
phone number completely from being dialed. Then its game over. These were very common for years, until ATT, Verizon and the then National Carriers in the US got wise to it. ocassionally they still pop up. They don't llast long and as an IP wanting to promote those numbers and collect your .15 cents per minute you are at the mercy of the Service Bureau to pay you, they willhold your money for at least 60 days, to make sure they in fact get paid first. Many times the service gets cut off...and you the guy promoting the service gets nothing, other than a possible headache lawsuit from the FTC wanting to make a headline about shutting you down.

There are companies headquartered in the UK. That will provide this. Google UK phone service providers.. Don't say I didn't warn you
