I have to phone verify around 15 instagram accounts. After 6..instagram blocked my personal phone from logging into the accounts to verify. How can i get around this? Its not the phone numbers thats causing the issue. I dont have a device to log in and do this from now. Can i change my phones IP address?

Changing your phone's ip address means simply to connect to internet through a different router as your phone has the same ip as the router you're using to access the internet. However, that might not be the problem, but other unchangeable ids from your phone.

then it must be the ip, go to a restaurant/ coffee shop that offers free wi-fi and try there.

You can disconnect from the internet and turn the phone on and off and use your data, and each time you restart your phone you will have a new IP address.
